Will pressure washing damage my vinyl siding or stucco?

It can if done wrong. That's why I use soft wash at garden-hose pressure with a biodegradable solution. No water forced behind siding, no stripped paint. Your home gets clean without damage.

Will the cleaning chemicals kill my plants?

No. Before I spray anything, I pre-soak your plants and landscaping. After cleaning, I rinse everything thoroughly so your plants stay healthy.

Can you get rid of the "zebra stripes" left by a previous washer?

Yes - and I hear this one a lot. Those stripes happen when a pressure wand moves back and forth in overlapping passes, like mowing a lawn in rows. Some spots get hit twice, some get half pressure - so the concrete ends up looking uneven. The fix is a spinning disc attachment that covers the full width of your driveway at exactly the same pressure all at once. No rows, no overlap, no stripes. Stubborn stained areas get a pre-soak and a second pass after. The result is a uniform finish from edge to edge.

Will you damage my gutters or downspouts?

No. I hand-remove debris carefully and flush downspouts with controlled water pressure. I inspect for any existing damage and document it before starting work.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. License #128485, $2M insurance through Lloyd's of London. I'm the owner and the operator - there's nobody to hide behind. Your property is fully protected.

How long does the cleaning last?

Most homes I clean in Pasco County stay clean for 12-18 months, even in Florida's year-round heat and humidity. The difference is that soft washing kills the mold and algae at the root - not just the surface. A standard pressure wash blasts the visible growth off but leaves the spores embedded in your siding or concrete, and they regrow within 3-6 months. When you remove the source, results last. I'll tell you what to expect for your specific property when I give you a quote - some surfaces hold up longer than others.

How quickly can you schedule service?
