Don't Replace It. Restore It!
That green and black buildup on your fence? It’s mold and oxidation, and it’s only getting worse. I clean it off safely—vinyl, wood, or composite—and bring back the original color.
I keep my schedule tight on purpose — limited spots so every property gets the time it deserves. Spots go fast. If you want this month,

How I Work
Same 4-step process on every job. No shortcuts, no skipped steps—just the standard I held in the Army, applied to your property.
I Check the Material First
Vinyl, wood, composite—each one needs a different approach. I check for any existing damage and protect your plants before I start.
The Right Pressure for the Material
Vinyl gets a soft wash that kills algae without scratching. Wood gets a low-pressure clean that won’t splinter. I match the method to what your fence is made of.
Mold and Oxidation Come Off
That green and black discoloration isn’t permanent. I remove the mold and lift the oxidation so your fence gets its original color back.
Final Inspection
I inspect every panel for complete cleaning and check for any pre-existing damage. Your fence is restored to like-new condition without damage.
Common Questions
Answers from a licensed professional who does this work every day in Florida.
Can you pressure wash a vinyl fence without damage?
Yes, but only with the right technique. Vinyl fences should be cleaned with low-pressure soft washing, not high-pressure power washing. High pressure (above 1,500 PSI) can scratch vinyl surfaces, crack panels, and force water behind fence posts—causing internal mold growth. I use a soft wash method with a cleaning solution that dissolves green mold, black algae, and oxidation at the chemical level. The low water pressure rinses the dissolved growth away without any risk of scratching or cracking the vinyl.
How do you remove green mold from a white vinyl fence?
Green mold on white vinyl fences is removed using a Sodium Hypochlorite solution — typically a 1–2% dilution mixed with a surfactant — applied at low pressure. The surfactant breaks down the mold's cellular structure, killing it at the root. After letting it soak for 5–10 minutes, I rinse the fence with gentle water pressure. This approach removes the green discoloration completely and restores the original white color. The mold is killed at the root level, so results last significantly longer than simply power-blasting the surface—which only removes the visible layer and allows rapid regrowth.
